Senior Manager - Business Analyst

Candidates should be working on these Products (Like Equity, Derivatives, PMS, SP, AIF, MF and others Financial Products)

• Responsible for develop a strategy and plan for the team will use to reach its goal and completes the task on demand required for projects.
• Responsible for arranging any internal training that team members need, regarding project’s domain and technology.
• Responsible for communicating clear instructions to team members, regarding functional and projects management issues.
• Responsible for managing and track the flow of day-to-day operations by using action plan to take care the process of projects improvement plan.
• Responsible for creating reports to update the reporting person on the team's progress in terms to show growth of team progress.
• Responsible to prepare project plan and obtain senior approval of the project plan.
• Responsible for applying project resources according to the approved project plan.
• Responsible for preparation of functional documentation.
• Responsible for client meeting / Vendor Meeting (All Stakeholders) for Project regarding requirements and acceptance.
• Follow the SDLC as decided by project team and give input to improve the same.
• Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
• Learning and doing Competitors Study and doing GAP analysis
