Job description3–7 years of professional UI / UX design experience , preferably in a product-based or SaaS environment. A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact user interfaces, prototypes, and live applications . Mastery in industry-standard tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar . Experience with responsive design , accessibility standards (WCAG), and designing for both web and mobile platforms. Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML / CSS / JS) is a bonus — strong collaboration with developers is a must. Deep understanding of user research techniques , wireframing, prototyping, and design systems. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field . Experience in enterprise-level or large-scale digital products is a significant plus. Work remotely with complete creative freedom and flexible hours . Role : Senior UI / UX Designer
Full-Time | Remote (India-based)
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, and the creative flair to design digital products that are not only functional — but delightful.
As part of our design team, you will :
- Translate product requirements and complex business logic into intuitive, elegant, and user-centric interfaces .
- Create beautiful, responsive UI designs and interactive high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, A / B testing , and usability studies to validate ideas and refine interfaces.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — product managers, developers, and stakeholders — to ensure design consistency and pixel-perfect implementation .
- Champion design systems and brand consistency across all platforms and experiences.
- Stay updated with global UI / UX trends, behavioral psychology in design , and modern frameworks to influence product strategy.
