Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and candidate coordination.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Support onboarding and exit formalities documentation.

Assist HR Manager in payroll input and attendance management.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Maintain leave records, statutory forms, and HR registers.

Support performance appraisal documentation and HR reports.

Coordinate internal HR communication and notices.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.

Basic Payroll Processing

HRMS / HR Software (Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.)

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Requirements

Required Skill Sets Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. Experience in factory HR / plant HR / manufacturing setup. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi preferred for worker-level communication. Qualification : MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR / IR / Labour Welfare. Experience : 2–5 years in manufacturing or industrial HR.
