Job Description

• Manage a critical NBFC relationship from an account management standpoint
• Drive P&L by regularly engaging with the partner stakeholder
• Manage 7-8 national branches with a direct team of 7-8 individuals
• Drive post sales processes for the relationship including operations, underwriting and servicing

The Successful Applicant

• Female candidates with a strong account management sales background
• Someone who has worked for Banca / Alternate / Broca partnerships in the farming space
• Brings strong communication skillsets
• Female Banking professionals with a strong sales (direct or channel sales) will be considered
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Must have managed a direct reporting team
