Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Writer to help scale up the publication of high-quality, search-optimized articles on our blog. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in content writing with a strong focus on SEO, ensuring that content ranks well on search engines and engages our target audience effectively. If you are passionate about SEO-driven content creation, enjoy researching technical topics and translating them into reader-friendly blogs, and want to contribute to a fast-growing brand, we’d love to have you on board!

The ideal candidate should be :

• Highly skilled in SEO optimised long format writing specially for technical (engineering), financial products in B2C industry.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Quick learner, hustler, self-motivated and capability to develop good customer understanding. What You’ll Do In true startup fashion, you’ll wear multiple hats and take ownership of key initiatives on content side of SEO. Your responsibilities include :
• Research and create SEO-optimized blogs related to solar energy, sustainability, and clean technology.
• Write long-form, high-value content without unnecessary fluff or filler, ensuring depth, clarity, and engagement.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords naturally to enhance organic search rankings.
• Proficiency in WordPress - Optimize content using SEO best practices, including internal linking, meta descriptions, header tag structuring (H1, H2, H3), and proper keyword placement.
• Analyze and learn from competitor blogs to identify content gaps and improve topic coverage.
• Closely follow editorial guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, structure, and readability.
• Review and refine drafts created by the in-house team, ensuring content meets SolarSquare’s quality benchmark.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and content marketing best practices.
• Proofread and self-edit all articles before final submission to ensure grammatical accuracy and logical flow.
• Work collaboratively with SEO strategists and digital marketing teams to align content with broader business goals.
