Exploring the Role

As a TA Specialist at RateGain, you will play a critical role in driving the talent acquisition strategy for our fast-growing global operations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify hiring needs and help build high-performing teams across multiple regions and functions. This role requires an experienced and proactive individual who can manage full-cycle recruitment and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

How Your Day Will Look Like / Job Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment :

  • Partnering with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing :

  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and preparing candidates for interviews to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers :

  • Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Providing guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and best hiring practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing :

  • Promoting RateGain's employer brand by highlighting our culture, values, and work environment to attract top talent.
  • Leveraging social media and other platforms to engage passive candidates and generate interest in open roles.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding :

  • Negotiating offers and coordinating the offer process with successful candidates.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, assisting with paperwork, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Recruitment Reporting & Metrics :

  • Maintaining accurate candidate data and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure efficient processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment activities, timelines, and performance.
  • Diversity & Inclusion :

  • Advocating for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
  • Working towards building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects RateGain's values and vision.
  • Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the technology or travel industry.
  • Proven experience recruiting for various functions across different levels, including technical, sales, and leadership roles.
  • Knowledge & Skills

  • Recruitment Expertise : Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Technology Savvy : Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media sourcing tools.
  • Collaboration : Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to align on recruitment goals.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and enhance hiring outcomes.
  • Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience working with HRMS systems and automating recruitment-related tasks.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.
