Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Interior Designer role based in Gurugram. The Retail Interior Designer will be responsible for creating captivating retail spaces that reflect the brand's identity. Key responsibilities include space planning, developing detailed design concepts, creating construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life. The role entails ensuring functionality, aesthetic appeal, and an elevated customer experience in retail environments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to conceptualize and execute retail environments
• Proficiency in Architecture and creating Construction Drawings to produce precise plans and layouts
• Experience with selecting and working with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to enhance spatial design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
