Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with product, engineering, to translate technical information into easy-to-understand content for end-users and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, product guides, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather technical information.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
- Organize complex technical information into structured and easy-to-understand content.
- Update existing documentation based on product enhancements or customer feedback.
- Assist in creating visuals, diagrams, and flowcharts to support written content.
- Conduct proofreading and quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
- Help maintain documentation repositories and version control.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English,6 months to 1 year of experience as a Technical WriterStrong written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of software development concepts, tools, and technologies.Ability to transform technical information into readable, user-friendly content.Familiarity with documentation tools such as MS Word, Google Docs, Confluence, Markdown, or similarExperience : 6 months – 1 year
