Associate Graphic Designer (Immediate joiner)

Title : Junior Graphic Designer (2–3 Years Experience)

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad (India Office)

Work Mode : Hybrid—5 days in office + 1 day WFH (Saturday)

Timings : 8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM IST (US shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Junior Graphic Designer

with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling, trends, and bringing ideas to life. You will work closely with the marketing and design team to create engaging designs for digital and print.

Key Responsibilities

Create social media posts, carousels, stories, reels layouts, and ad creatives.

Design marketing materials - posters, banners, menu cards, packaging, branding items, etc.

Support senior designers in maintaining brand consistency across all projects.

Work on multiple design briefs with timely delivery and attention to detail.

Collaborate with writers, social media managers, photographers, and editors.

Adapt concepts into multiple sizes / formats for different digital platforms.

Stay updated with design trends, typography, color theory, and modern aesthetics.

Requirements

2–3 years of design experience

in an agency or brand.

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Figma is a plus).

Ability to convert ideas into clean, high-quality visual designs.

Understanding of layouts, composition, branding, and typography.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.

Ability to handle feedback and make revisions quickly.

Portfolio showcasing social media design and brand work.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Basic motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro).

Basic video editing for reels / shorts.

UI / UX fundamentals (not mandatory).
