Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest requests inquiries and complaints promptly.
Manage reservations and room allocations using the Property Management System (PMS).
Maintain proper records and documentation related to guest stays.
Coordinate with housekeeping bell desk and other departments for guest needs.
Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
Ensure the front desk area is neat organized and presentable.
Promote hotel services and facilities to guests.
Qualifications :
Minimum : 102 (Higher Secondary)
Preferred : Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
Additional Information :
Minimum 4-6 month of internship experience relevant experience in a similar capacity
