SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER Java Swing

Job Summary :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to software development team on all stages of the software development lifecycle, including development, and testing activities for industry-leading commercial software known for its innovation and usability, in particular real-time scalable features based on Rockwells Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that are often integrated with machine automation and control systems and ERP software.

You will be responsible for active participation in requirements development, leading architectural design, coding, and testing in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

You must collaborate with multiple global teams and require you to work in the large project teams.

You will report to the Team Lead, Software Engineering and have a hybrid schedule working in Hinjewadi, Pune, India

Your Responsibilities :

• Develop and document code, according to the development process, that satisfies the software design.
• Develop through unit test plans. Report, debug, and correct anomalies. Integrate with other components, solving problems across subsystems and products, to produce a final product.
• Participate in reviews of documents, design, code, test cases and user documentation.
• Provide work estimates and status reports. Maintain interaction to ensure assigned tasks are prioritized.
• Support PI planning by working with Team Lead.
• Responsible for Sprint Planning including breakdown of user stories into smaller tasks that can be estimated in hours
