About The Role :

We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Communications Team in Milan as a Corporate Communications Intern. The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month internship and will get the chance to work in a multinational environment, supporting the team on core activities.

Your Responsibilities Will Be :

Supporting the development of new communications materials relevant for our regional campaigns aimed at employees, doctors and patients by producing graphics, internal videos, articles, social media posts etc. compliant with Boston Scientific brand standards. Contributing to briefing of agencies and vendors (ex on Video editing, graphic tasks, ppt design etc).

Contributing to deploy and optimize the performance of internal and external communications tactics across all channels, including media, social media, internal webcasts, newsletters.

Supporting the creation of metrics and analytics to support the teams insights on how campaigns are performing, building a picture of where we are making impact and how to refine for bigger return on investment.

Actively participating in Corporate Communication teams activities and other central corporate communications projects as requested.

Act as a communications champion by consistently setting high standards in personal communication and encouraging colleagues to adopt good internal communication practices.

What Do We Look For In You :

Bachelors or masters degree in business management, or Communication, Marketing, Humanities, graphic design, data analytics or project management or similar.

Available to sign a 6 6 month internship.

Passion for content management and for communications more broadly.

Very strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1). Any other language is a plus.

Proactive, dynamic, independent, and curious young person.

Ability to multi-task and understand priorities.

Strong follow-up and attention to detail.

Youll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level : its important you have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook); video editing and MS Copilot skills are a plus.

Previous experience in similar role in a company or a communication agency is a plus.
