Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a React.Js Developer (DXP Frontend) based in Gurgaon, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves developing and maintaining front-end applications using React.Js, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating front-end components with back-end systems. Additional responsibilities include writing well-structured, scalable code, testing and debugging applications, and ensuring optimal performance across platforms.

Qualification : B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent

Shifts : Flexible for global time zones (US / EU / APAC)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled React.Js Developer with deep capability in DXP front-end engineering , interactive user experiences , and AI-accelerated development (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, etc.).

You will build modern digital interfaces, contribute to our own DXP platform , engage in product architecture discussions, and deliver world-class responsive experiences across devices.

This role is for those who love crafting digital products , understand Product Life Cycle (PLC) thinking, and can operate with high ownership.

Key Responsibilities Frontend Development & DXP

• Build and optimize modern React.Js frontends for enterprise-grade DXPs (Digital Experience Platforms).
• Participate in the design and development of our own proprietary DXP platform .
• Architect reusable components, layout engines, UI kits, templates, and front-end accelerators.
• Integrate with headless CMS frameworks and API-driven architectures.
