Role Overview

The Technology Development Officer will be responsible for digital transformation, ERP implementation, mobile app and web development, and integration of AI-based solutions for the organization.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between construction operations and technology , enabling data-driven decision-making and process automation across all departments.

Key Responsibilities 🔹 ERP & System Development

• Manage and customize Zoho ERP modules (CRM, Projects, Inventory, HR, and Accounts).
• Coordinate with department heads to identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Develop and implement integration APIs between Zoho, web portals, and other systems.
