Key Responsibilities Conduct profile evaluations and provide tailored MBA admissions advice to prospective clients Strategically guide applicants on school selection based on career goals and background Lead consultation calls with potential clients to understand their needs Convert leads into paying clients through value-driven and ethical sales conversations Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, progress, and conversions Stay updated with MBA program trends, requirements, and industry news
You’re a great fit if you have :
2+ years of experience in MBA admissions consulting or higher education advisory Proven ability to guide clients on school selection, application timelines, and strategy Strong sales or business development experience, preferably in a service-based or education-focused industry Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility A consultative approach – you listen first and guide with integrity MBA or graduate degree (preferred but not mandatory) Experience using CRM tools and a disciplined approach to follow-ups
