Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide Tier 3, 24x7 support for escalated infrastructure issues.
• Assist with projects involving network, storage, compute, virtualization, cloud, telephony, and automation.
• Monitor systems, optimize performance, plan capacity, and manage lifecycle.
• Strengthen security knowledge and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to support enterprise applications and hardware.
• Continuously develop technical skills through education and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional, friendly interactions.
• Handle high-pressure deadlines and dynamic workloads.
• Be a self-starter and critical thinker.
• Follow documentation standards and troubleshooting best practices.
• Learn from senior team mentors and take on new challenges.
