Job descriptionLiaise with client CFOs, promoters, and treasury teams for documentation. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, funds, and rating agencies for credit evaluation. Maintain smooth communication between clients and lenders to ensure closure of transactions. Prepare financial analysis notes, pitch materials, and credit documents. Ensure compliance and accuracy in all shared data. Maintain MIS trackers and transaction documentation. Support Relationship Managers and VPs in financial modeling and structuring. Contribute analytical inputs for client presentations and investor discussions. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Wholesale Banking or Credit Rating Agency. Proficiency in financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and credit assessment. Knowledge of banking products, credit processes, and debt instruments. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA (Level II / III) qualification. Prior experience in mid-market corporate lending or project finance. Exposure to structured finance transactions. Timeliness and accuracy of transaction execution. Quality of credit and financial analysis. Client and lender satisfaction levels. Number of transactions successfully closed. Efficiency in handling lender queries and documentation turnaround.
Job Description : We are seeking a Credit Manager for our client, a leading Investment Banking Advisory firm , based at BKC, Mumbai . The role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support debt / credit / fund capital raising and structured finance transactions , with hands-on exposure to credit assessment, financial analysis, and transaction execution .
Reports To : Vice President / Managing Director
Experience : Minimum 3 years in Wholesale Banking or Credit Rating Agency
Key Responsibilities :
Transaction Execution & Credit Analysis
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, ratio assessment, and cash flow evaluation.
- Recommend suitable banking products and structured finance solutions.
- Assist in due diligence, data room setup, and lender communication during deals.

Collaboration with Internal Teams
