Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, presenting business proposals, and implementing growth strategies. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for networking, managing client relationships, and overseeing market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Project Management Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the Kids Play or Education industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
