Job descriptionServe as the main point of contact for customer communications related to assigned programs. Conduct regular reviews with customers to share status updates, risk assessments, and improvement actions. Ensure all customer requirements are effectively communicated within the organization. Foster strong, long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking. Monitor program profitability and implement measures to achieve financial targets. Support contract negotiations, amendments, and change management. Ensure timely invoicing and support cash collection processes. Ensure program deliverables comply with applicable aerospace standards, certifications, and specifications. Work closely with the Quality Department to address non-conformities and support continuous improvement. Facilitate customer audits, inspections, and visits. Identify and assess program risks; develop mitigation plans accordingly. Track key performance indicators, including delivery, quality, and financial metrics. Report regularly to senior management on program status, risks, and performance. Lead and develop the Program Management Team , ensuring clarity of roles, performance, and accountability. Promote effective collaboration and communication across all departments involved in programs. Support the professional development, training, and motivation of team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management within the aerospace industry, preferably in machining or manufacturing environments. Prior experience leading or supervising a team. Strong understanding of aerospace standards and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficient in program management tools and ERP systems. Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Program Manager to lead customer programs from initial planning through successful delivery. This role will serve as the primary interface with key customers, lead the Program Management Team , and coordinate all internal resources to ensure program objectives are met in terms of quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning and Execution
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules in line with customer contracts.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and logistics.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting program performance.
