Responsibilities :

• Partner closely with key stakeholders across design, engineering, data science, and leadership to establish trust and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Plan research to include Diversity and Inclusion and accessibility principles.
• Visualize data in unique and effective ways that help enable cross-functional and cross team understanding and collaboration.
• Develop creative methods to understand the complexity of our employees and become an expert in employee experience.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to collect and analyze user behaviors through in-depth interviews, surveys, benchmarking studies, and other data points.
• Prioritize effectively by identifying the most burning problems to solve.
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through memorable ways.
