Technical Delivery Manager - 8-12 yrs experience

We are looking for a technically strong and results-driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT projects and products. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles—from requirement gathering and planning to development, delivery, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, set schedules, and oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between technical teams, management, and clients
• Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Contribute to solution design discussions and support technical decision-making when required.
• Manage client expectations, handle escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and motivate team members to meet project goals.
• Ensure the final product or service meets the defined quality standards and client requirements.
