Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain PL / SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers , and database scripts . Work with application developers to integrate database logic with front-end systems. Optimize SQL queries and PL / SQL code for performance tuning and scalability . Perform data analysis, data migration, and transformation as required. Develop and maintain database schemas, tables, indexes, and constraints . Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all environments. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes . Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in production and non-production environments. Create and maintain technical documentation for all database-related components. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field . 3+ years (or relevant experience) in Oracle PL / SQL development. Strong hands-on experience with : Oracle SQL and PL / SQL Stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and packages Performance tuning and query optimization Data modeling and normalization Indexing, partitioning, and large dataset management Familiarity with Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, or equivalent. Knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery strategies. Experience in Agile / Scrum development environments preferred. Experience with Oracle APEX , Forms / Reports , or ETL tools (Informatica, ODI, etc.). Exposure to UNIX / Linux shell scripting . Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines for database deployments. Experience with cloud databases (Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, Azure SQL) is a plus.

- Must Have : PLSQL experience to work on uplifting all of our Oracle databases to version 19C, rewriting any code that is currently using deprecated features.
