SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – 12 months contract - Remote
We are looking for a certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in the Employee Central module to join our team. The role focuses on providing comprehensive support for the SuccessFactors platform, including incident resolution, change requests, release testing, and platform monitoring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day support for incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets related to the SAP SuccessFactors platform, in line with agreed SLAs.
- Manage access controls across production and non-production environments.
- Support and implement change requests and functional enhancements within the Employee Central module.
- Coordinate and provide support for regression testing and implementation activities during H1 and H2 releases .
- Monitor the SuccessFactors environment proactively, identifying and responding to critical incidents to ensure platform stability and high performance.
- Maintain and update workbooks, documentation, and system records as needed.
- Provide clear, regular communication to management on support status, incident resolution, and platform performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and infrastructure support partners to investigate and resolve platform and system-related issues.
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective user communication throughout the process.
Requirements :
SAP SuccessFactors certification is mandatoryProven experience supporting SuccessFactors platforms, especially in a production environmentStrong understanding of access management , incident resolution , and release cyclesExperience in coordinating with external vendors and support teamsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
