We're Hiring : Technology Engineer – IaaS DevOps

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Experience : 3+ Years

12 Months contract

Are you passionate about building robust infrastructure solutions and driving digital transformation? We’re looking for a Technology Engineer (IaaS - DevOps) to help lead our journey toward a fully software-defined datacenter and hybrid cloud adoption.

What You’ll Do :

Design, develop, and automate Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
Build and maintain standardized infrastructure stacks across datacenters.
Drive product strategy, roadmaps, and sprints using Agile methodologies.
Explore and integrate open-source technologies where appropriate.
Reduce product TCO through automation, optimization, and innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams (architecture, security, audit, apps) to align on infrastructure and operational needs.

Essential Qualifications :

3+ years in DevOps or cloud engineering roles within large-scale enterprises.

Proven experience in Terraform , Ansible , Jenkins , and GITOPS practices.

Successful migration of on-prem workloads to public cloud (Azure, AWS, or OCI).

Hands-on scripting with Groovy , Bash / PowerShell , Python .

Deep knowledge in Public Cloud services , API communications (REST / SOAP), and cloud adoption strategies.

Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and artifact management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).

Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Architect , Azure / AWS / OCI Cloud Architect .

Preferred Skills :

Exposure to infrastructure internals : DNS, SSL, Active Directory, certificates, firewalls, site selectors.

Familiarity with tools like CyberArk , Hashicorp Vault , ELK Stack , and compliance frameworks (CIS Benchmark) .

Experience in Agile development environments and understanding of high availability systems.
