We are hiring a proactive and empathetic Counsellor with experience in outbound calling and student engagement. The role involves guiding potential learners, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right academic path via digital and voice communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
• Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses / programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets and engagement KPIs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead nurturing.
• Handle student queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Share student feedback and trends with the team.
