Regional Business Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute marketing / brand strategy prescribed by PMT; Plan and budget for existing products along with executing brand strategy; maintain cordial relationships with key customers; provide guidance and support to PSRs / SBOs in execution of sales processes; Provide inputs for new products from conceptualization to launch, drive all pre-launch processes for own region; conduct post launch audit for new products
• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive sales, marketing, and operational performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor regional KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast trends and shape long-term business plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
• In depth understanding of Indian pharmaceutical industry, customer segments, customer behavior, competition
