Job descriptionRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team. Establish engineering best practices, CI / CD, code quality, and agile processes. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence. Collaborate with product and design teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions. Ensure timely and quality delivery of features, enhancements, and fixes. Drive data-informed decisions and iterative development cycles. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the SaaS platform. Oversee DevOps, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), monitoring, and incident response. Implement and maintain compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., SOC 2, Proven experience as a CTO or senior technical leader in a SaaS startup or fast-paced tech environment. Strong expertise in modern web frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and database scaling. Experience building and scaling engineering teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and rapid iteration. Experience with AI / ML, analytics, or vertical SaaS. Role Overview
As the CTO, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term technology vision of the company, owning the architecture of our SaaS platform, and leading the engineering team. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and operations to align the technical roadmap with business goals.
