We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our core product development team building the technology behind Comfy Workers, the UK’s largest business-only marketplace for contractor accommodation.

You will work closely with our Product Manager and CTO, contributing to architecture, scalable APIs, marketplace workflows, payments, automations, and multi-market expansion.

This role is for someone who wants to build meaningful technology at speed with clarity, discipline, and ownership.

What You Will Do

• Work on backend-heavy architecture, design, and development
• Build scalable APIs, workflows, automations and platform features
• Collaborate with product and developers to ship fast and clean
• Write maintainable, tested, high-performance code
• Take part in sprint planning, code reviews, deployments
• Influence technical decisions and help evolve the platform
