Job Summary
The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining positive employee relations at the factory. The primary duties are union management which will involve collective bargaining, discipline and grievances management, managing litigations under various Labour laws.
Improving existing practices to ensure high & positive internal employee experience would be key to the role.
