Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements
Create clear and concise documentation : BRDs, FSDs, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows
Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and propose solution recommendations
Support system implementation, UAT planning, and user acceptance testing
Collaborate with UI / UX designers, QA testers, and developers to ensure the business needs are translated into technical outcomes
Assist in prioritizing features and creating product backlogs in Agile / Scrum environments
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation
Coordinate across teams to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / BFSI / Consulting / Tech environment
Proficient in creating BRDs, FSDs, UAT scripts, and working with wireframes / mockups Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum / Kanban), and project delivery lifecycle
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel
Ability to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, E-commerce, or FinTech
Knowledge of data analysis, SQL basics, or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile / Scrum is a plus
