Product Lead

Purpose :

As a Product Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with a globally distributed team of RCM business stakeholders and engineers to design and build cutting edge solutions that directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring your expertise to continue delivering innovative technology solutions, while mentoring others.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Partner with business stakeholders and technology leadership to understand software requirements. Ideate on new features, define product vision and develop product roadmap aligning with business KPIs

Manage technology transformation in a rapidly changing environment with ability to provide product leadership to software engineering teams for mission critical applications

Shape, estimate and plan product roadmaps and generates release plans

Define ROI and value proposition for new product and features

Drive automation and AI based initiatives

Lead and participate in agile ceremonies for your product scope

Monitors teamwork completion rate, defect rates, code coverage, cycle times and other product engineering KPIs. Understands development risks and technical debt and makes process improvement recommendations to the team, management and business stakeholders

Fosters an environment of accountability between engineering team members and between engineering teams and business stakeholders

Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.) :

BE or BS (or higher, MS / PhD) degree in Computer Science / related field, or equivalent technical experience.

Experience :

Experience with RCM cycle, specifically medical Coding, Denial management

8-10 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the healthcare domain.

Experience with EMR / EHR systems, clinical decision support tools, telemedicine platforms, or health data integration projects.

Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or other US health regulatory and coding standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

comfortable working with structured and unstructured healthcare data.

Ability to engage with clinical professionals and understand medical terminology and workflows.
