Are you an expert in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and automation solutions? We are looking for a FileNet Lead Support Specialist to join our team and support our client in managing and enhancing IBM FileNet-based applications.
Role Overview
As a Lead Support Specialist , you will :
- Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for IBM FileNet applications.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions .
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet, IBM Datacap, and Blue Prism .
- Participate in enhancement projects, upgrades, and performance tuning .
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and AMS best practices .
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet (installation, configuration, customization, and support).Expertise in IBM Datacap for document capture and processing.Experience in Blue Prism for RPA development and support.Other Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills .Proficient in English .Ability to work in client-facing roles and global delivery environments.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field .5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management and AMS support.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
