Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Brand Manager to strengthen our brand identity, grow our online community, and lead ROI-focused marketing initiatives. This person will play a critical role in building Lifelong's voice across digital platforms while ensuring consistency with our broader brand and business goals. You will work closely with content creators, designers, product, and performance marketing teams to drive brand growth and affinity through strategic storytelling and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Develop, maintain, and evolve the Lifelong brand book and visual identity guidelines.
- Conduct brand audits and consumer perception studies to ensure brand relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Social Media Management
Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).Plan and manage content calendars, daily posts, real-time trends, and topical engagement.Partner with designers and video editors to create visually appealing and platform-native content.Monitor engagement metrics, conduct A / B testing, and optimize for follower growth and brand sentiment.Influencer & Community Engagement
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates.Design and execute influencer-led campaigns with measurable outcomes.Cultivate an active online community, responding to DMs, comments, and building user-generated content (UGC) loops.Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead integrated digital campaigns for product launches, events, and brand milestones.Coordinate with media buying and performance marketing teams to align paid and organic efforts.Track campaign effectiveness and optimize based on CTR, engagement, reach, and ROI.Content Creation & Storytelling
Conceptualize and script social-first content including reels, carousels, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and brand storytelling series.Collaborate with internal and external creators to produce high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.Use AI tools and trend research to stay ahead of evolving content formats.Consumer & Market Research
Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.Analyze audience insights and behavior to inform brand positioning and messaging.Stay updated on cultural, social, and digital trends influencing consumer behavior.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, or digital communications.Proven track record of growing a brand's social presence and leading campaigns from ideation to execution.Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual sense.Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva / Photoshop, and influencer platforms.Creative mindset with strong analytical and ROI-thinking capability.Experience in consumer products or D2C brands is a strong plus.ref : iimjobs.com)
