Job Title : Power BI Developer Healthcare & Life Sciences

Experience Required : 5+ Years

Location : Hyderabad(Hybrid Model)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in dashboard development and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI and a solid understanding of the healthcare and life sciences domain. Experience in the Patient Support domain is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports.
Work closely with data engineers and analysts to integrate data from multiple sources.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Required Skills :

5+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development.

Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Experience working with large datasets and complex data transformations.

Solid understanding of healthcare and life sciences data and workflows.

Familiarity with Patient Support programs is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Azure Data Services, SQL Server, or other cloud-based data platforms.

Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy regulations.

Certification in Power BI or related Microsoft technologies.
