Founded by passionate community members in Newcastle in 1992, we’ve grown into a leading not-for-profit service provider throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland, Hunter Region, and the Central Coast.
In 2023, we proudly merged with Early Links, professionals in allied health and early intervention teaching who support over 1,400 children and youth.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paediatric Physiotherapist to join the Early Links branch of our team in a permanent full-time capacity. This role will primarily be based out of our Ashtonfield office and will service the Maitland / Hunter community, with outreach as required. This role involves both clinic and community-based therapy to best suit the needs of our clients.
For a recent graduate, this presents an opportunity to improve your skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy. For those experienced in paediatrics, this is an opportunity to develop or continue providing fulfilling therapy to children in need, amongst a dedicated team. We have a diverse caseload made up of all age groups across the paediatric spectrum, including infants and children with musculoskeletal, developmental, genetic and neurological conditions, which includes NDIS and private patients.
We’ll provide ongoing support and training through regular one to one supervision, discipline team meetings, professional development and external supervision to ensure that your goals and optimal patient outcomes are achieved.
As part of the Allied Health Professionals team, you’ll make a significant difference in the lives of individuals facing a range of developmental and physical challenges.
