This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Senior or Principal Product Manager to lead the development of a unified measurement and analytics framework for a portfolio of enterprise-grade AI / ML applications. This high-impact role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and driving product excellence across a rapidly expanding AI product ecosystem.
Reporting into a team leading our global AI / ML transformation you ll define how success is measured across user engagement model outcomes adoption and business value. You will work closely with product engineering design data science and go-to-market teams to instrument metrics that reflect real impact shape product evolution and increase transparency into AI performance and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define Product Measurement Strategy : Develop and own the cross-product metrics framework to evaluate adoption usage performance and business impact across AI / ML product lines.
- Lead Analytics-Driven Product Thinking : Establish KPIs and measurement systems that provide continuous insight into AI product performance user behavior and feedback loops.
- Drive Alignment Across Teams : Collaborate with product engineering UX and GTM teams to implement metrics instrumentation ensuring that all AI product initiatives are grounded in measurable outcomes.
- Enhance AI Product Transparency : Translate AI outcomes into meaningful product-level insights that help build user trust support explainability and elevate decision intelligence.
- Support Strategic Scaling : Ensure measurement frameworks are scalable standardized and support experimentation (A / B testing benchmarking) across multiple AI use cases and domains.
- Champion Product Quality & Optimization : Partner with leadership to evolve the roadmap based on product metrics helping refine user experience technical performance and business value delivery.
Qualifications :
10 years of product management experience ideally within AI / ML enterprise SaaS or data-intensive platforms.Proven experience defining and operationalizing metrics frameworks analytics strategies or evaluation pipelines for digital or AI-driven products.Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles as they relate to AI applications and product feedback loops.Technical familiarity with ML model lifecycle evaluation methods and observability tools .Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving clarity in matrixed environments .Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.Preferred Skills :
Experience working with AI pro duct analytics experimentation (A / B testing) or telemetry frameworks.Familiarity with model-level and application-level metrics including fairness explainability latency and usage.Ability to distill complex technical data into business-relevant insights and communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences.Strong product intuition structured thinking and a strategic mindset grounded in measurable outcomes.Digital Analytics Manager
