Role Overview :
We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical Retail Brand Manager to drive brand growth,
performance, and in-store excellence for our portfolio. The role demands strong commercial
judgement, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on execution, along with the ability to
mentor and guide a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth & Performance
Own end-to-end brand strategy, revenue growth, and performance across stores.
Analyze sales trends, consumer insights, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
Build strong brand partnerships and align on plans, launches, and marketing calendars.
Inventory Planning & Optimization
Lead store-wise and SKU-wise forecasting and inventory planning.
Identify and liquidate slow-moving / problem inventory in collaboration with SCM and
Retail Ops.
Ensure optimal stock availability and minimize gaps.
Retail Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure seamless execution of launches, activations, and VM updates across stores.
Work closely with Retail Ops, VM, Projects, NSO, and Training to elevate in-store brand experience.
Drive operational readiness and consistency across the network.
Team Leadership
Coach, guide, and manage a small team to ensure high-quality execution and performance.
Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and data-led decision-making.
Process Excellence & Reporting
Maintain performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights in weekly / monthly reviews.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and brand operations.
Qualifications & Skills
5–7 years’ experience in retail brand management / category management.
proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in leading or mentoring a small team.
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
