Key Responsibilities

1. Proposals & Quotations

Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client needs

Follow up to drive timely closures

2. Calling & Appointment Scheduling

Reach out to school principals and decision-makers to introduce Edugenius offerings

Schedule product demos and presentations

3. Route & Schedule Planning

Design efficient daily travel schedules for field executives using Google Maps

Identify additional schools nearby for outreach

4. Feedback Coordination

Connect with field sales reps to collect daily feedback and meeting outcomes

Log proposal needs, follow-up dates, and key contact details

5. Reporting & Administration

Maintain up-to-date sales tracking and lead sheets

Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure smooth sales operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management and coordination ability

Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets, Google Maps, and online tools

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Graduate in any stream (Sales / Marketing / Education preferred)
