We’re hiring a smart, proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and senior executives. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and detailed notes.
- Draft official correspondence, reports, memos, and documents.
- Respond to emails and manage communication on behalf of executives.
- Organize and coordinate travel plans, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Support decision-making with data collation, analysis, and timely reporting.
- Oversee office operations, facilities, and supplies management.
- Resolve urgent matters with promptness and discretion.
- Act as a communication bridge between executive office and other departments.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Sheet).4+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and executive-level coordination.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong multi-tasking and follow-up abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Interested candidates can apply at :
