About the Role : We are hiring a Telecom-savvy Technical Recruiter who can take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across the telecom value chain — from drive testers, RF engineers, and network architects to OSS / BSS analysts, telecom project managers, and NOC engineers. You will work closely with our U.S.-based business development and delivery teams to support fast-paced hiring needs for nationwide rollout and expansion projects.
Responsibilities :
- Post, source, and screen candidates for telecom roles including RF / Drive Test Engineers, NOC Engineers, Project Managers, Fiber Planners, and Telecom Analysts.
- Proactively engage with consultants via job boards (Dice, Monster, ) and internal databases.
- Support large-scale onboarding efforts for national mobile network rollout and modernization projects.
- Work in close coordination with the U.S. team to align with timelines, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
- Manage applicant tracking on Ceipal and ensure updates on candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and closures.
- Maintain staffing dashboards by skill, region, and project urgency — ensuring a robust pipeline for both field and remote roles.
Qualifications :
2–5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a strong focus on Telecom hiring.Required Skills :
Familiarity with technologies such as 5G / 4G LTE, RF Drive Testing, Fiber, VoLTE, Small Cells, DAS, PCTel, JDSU, or network planning tools.Experience recruiting for telecom equipment vendors (Nokia, Ericsson), operators (AT&T, T-Mobile), or telecom SI partners (LTTS, Tata Elxsi, TechM, etc.).Hands-on experience with Ceipal, Job Boards, and sourcing strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexible to work U.S. Eastern Time zone.Pay range and compensation package : Full-Time | Remote
