Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Back Office (Sales Support) @ Surat

As a Sales support, handling activities of preparing techno-commercial offer.

Coordinate with the client and prepare the sales offers from ERP software as per the customer requirements.

Respond to the clients with regards to their received inquiries within the defined timeline.

Preparing error-free offer / proposal within the given timeline.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Degree Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / EC / IC

Experience

Min 1 to 3 years experience of Engineer sales support profile.

Freshers can also apply for this position.

Desired Candidate profiles :

• Preference will be given to the Female candidates for this position.
• Should have sound knowledge of various products and solutions like LT Panel / Industrial Automation (PLC, Scada, Drives etc).
• Excellent in preparing offers and it's tracking, follow-up, responding to any changes in offer and updating the changes etc.
• Familiar with working in ERP Softwares.
• Knowledge of ISO documentation will be desired
