Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Developer.

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our agile delivery team. In this role, you will help build scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications that enhance customer experience and meet client solution requirements. You'll play a key part in translating business needs into technical solutions using the full range of Salesforce platform capabilities. This position also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance Apex and Lightning components
Build and maintain secure, high-quality code that aligns with Salesforce best practices
Write and maintain test classes ensuring at least 80% code coverage
Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring solutions meet requirements
Manage deployments and ensure production stability
Perform routine administration tasks such as user management, role / profile setup, security, and report / dashboard creation
Customize Salesforce features, including objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize existing Salesforce processes
Stay updated with Salesforce ecosystem trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL)

Proficiency with Git, source control tools, and CI / CD pipelines

Experience with DevOps and pull request workflows

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), and / or Field Service

Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Jest unit testing

Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Experience using Salesforce CLI and working with metadata

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A team player who is collaborative and eager to share knowledge

Bonus Skills :

Salesforce certifications : Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer I / II

Experience with Mulesoft or other integration platforms

Knowledge of CumulusCI and Salesforce automation tooling

Experience with Oracle or SQL Server

Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management tools
