Job description1 yr+ phone sales—ed‑tech, D2C, or banking welcome. Fluent Hindi + English. Own Android / iPhone + laptop + stable broadband. Interest in fashion, beauty, or self-improvement. Able to work 5.5 days, 11 AM‑7 PM IST (peak query hours). Fixed salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience). Incentives : Uncapped commission on every consultation you close. Training : Product knowledge, proven scripts, and weekly coaching. Growth path : Senior Consultant → Team Lead → Sales Manager. Monday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays off each month. All Indian public holidays observed. Fully remote for out-station hires
We are Hiring 'Sales Specialist' at Divas Club (Personal Styling Services space). Your Missions is to Turn Inbound leads into Personal Styling Service buyers, on WhatsApp and Phone call. No-Cold Calling.
Job Title : Sales Specialist
Location : Remote options within India
Start Date : We prefer candidates who can join immediately or within 10-15 days
Key Tasks
- Call & chat with warm leads (WhatsApp + phone) and build rapport fast.
- Connect / Call with our existing buyers to pitch our next style service
- Understand style worries in simple, empathetic language for better pitch.
- Explain our 1-on-1 Style Consultation—show how it meets their exact needs.
- Handle questions and objections (price, time, results).
- Close the sale & Update CRM / Google Sheets with notes, status, and follow-ups the same day.
- Share feedback with the marketing team so scripts and offers keep getting better.

Average response time (during shift) ≤ 2 minutes
