The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate service activities, manage a technical team, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, optimizing service performance, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and fostering strong client relationships to deliver timely and efficient service support.QualificationsStrong background in Service Management, Operations, and Team Leadership within industrial settingsAbility to diagnose and resolve technical issues, with practical knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance processesFamiliarity with safety and regulatory compliance standardsExcellent communication and organizational skills to manage client interactions and coordinate team tasks effectivelyHandling EOT Crane Installation ad Commissioning and post sales service managementBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field5+ years experience in the crane or material handling industry is a plusProficiency in using service management tools and technology for efficient operationsA proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
