Oracle GTM Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The role demands a candidate who possesses deep functional knowledge coupled with technical expertise, particularly in Oracle GTM Cloud and OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).

The candidate will work on end-to-end GTM implementations, enhancements, and cloud migration projects, supporting our global trade management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle Oracle GTM implementations from requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, to post-go-live support.
• Act as the primary functional and solution lead for Oracle GTM projects, managing at least 3 full lifecycle implementations or migrations.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare options, including quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate GTM application solutions.
• Develop comprehensive configuration documents and solution design blueprints aligned with business requirements.
• Identify gaps in standard Oracle GTM functionalities and work collaboratively with Oracle Support and internal stakeholders to design and implement effective workarounds or custom solutions.
• Perform detailed gap analysis and facilitate the design of enhancements or integrations to bridge functionality gaps.
• Prepare detailed technical and functional design documents, including use cases, test cases, and deployment plans.
• Support quarterly Oracle GTM Cloud release cycles by evaluating new features, testing, and upgrading existing implementations.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premises Oracle GTM solutions to Oracle GTM Cloud.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, infrastructure, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Oracle GTM and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle GTM solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date Oracle GTM certification and participate in continuous learning to keep pace with Oracle's product roadmap.
