We are seeking a strong and driven  Sales Manager  with deep experience in selling event solutions to corporate clients.

Role Overview The  Sales Manager – Corporate Events  will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing event opportunities with corporate clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive seller with strong industry knowledge, an established corporate network, and the ability to translate client needs into compelling event solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate sectors (IT, FMCG, BFSI, Telecom, Pharma, etc.).

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Build a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.

Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.

Understand client objectives and recommend event solutions aligned to their brand and communication goals.

Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Market Insights & Collaboration Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, content, and client engagement initiatives.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience 5–8+ years of experience in sales within the event management, experiential marketing, or related industry.

Strong experience selling events, activations, or experiential solutions to corporate clients.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Established network of corporate clients preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.

Preferred Skills Strong understanding of event production and deliverables.

Ability to craft compelling proposals and pitch decks.

Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
