ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer, you’ll drive the development of end-to-end AI solutions that power smarter decisions and deliver tangible product impact. You’ll work across data exploration, Python-based modeling, and modern LLM frameworks to build innovative, production-ready systems while collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape clear, business-aligned outcomes. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Independently design, develop, and deliver robust, production-ready Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions;
• Utilize strong expertise in Python to find complex patterns in data, create and refine robust statistical models, and perform detailed data exploration, data visualization, and data mining;
• Leverage experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI frameworks to enhance solution capabilities and innovation;
• Implement, deploy, and maintain cloud-native AI / ML solutions;
• Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business implications.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in the software development; Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders; Proactive communication with objective approach towards project deliverables; Experience in finding patterns in data and creating statistical models, data exploration, data visualization, and data mining; Experience in developing AI and ML solutions and delivering them to production; Very good hands-on working experience in Python and NLP; Prior experience or projects in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI is a plus; Familiarity with text processing; Understanding of good software development practices : Test-Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, pair-programming, solid design; Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery; Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment; Upper-intermediate English level.
