Job Description
- Achieve growth and the sales targets every month by successfully managing a sales team.
- Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members, with the objective to build and promote strong & long-lasting customer relationships, thereby building and increasing the potential referral business of the sales team.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong business sense and timeshare industry experience required for a minimum 1 year.
- Reporting To - Branch Manager / Regional Manager
Candidate Profile required
Education – GraduateRequired Language proficiency is a must as per the region and not education.Years of Experience
5 Years, Min 3 years’ experience in Direct sales - B2C
