Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Additional duties include performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Interviewing, and Talent Acquisition
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policy Implementation
• Proficiency in Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in similar industries is a plus
