Job Description :
- Updating and maintaining customer account information in client applications.
- Handling the Bank's branch requests and nurturing relationships.
- Addressing ad-hoc requests and escalations in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and completing daily work inflow from commercial bankers, bank customers, and prospects.
- Demonstrating willingness to learn with limited training and possessing complete knowledge of unique client databases / applications.
- Meeting / exceeding customer SLAs / expectations in terms of quality & TAT.
Requirements
Requirements :
Any graduate with 0 to 6 months of work experience in the international banking industry.General awareness of international banking products and services.Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM IST to 4 AM IST) – No rotational or day shift.Location – Mumbai.On-site work.Attention to detail.Requirements
